I’m here to coach you more about your body and movement so that you can live a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle. I am a Reformer Pilates instructor, Yoga teacher and Personal Trainer. I normally don’t just focus on one body part or movement pattern, but will look holistically at all physical, environmental and mental factors. Whether your goal is injury management, getting a stronger core, flexibility, pre/post natal, weight loss, stress reduction, nutrition or better posture – I can help.
