Meet Anna

Anna has always been obsessed with movement, whether it be team sports, swimming or long distance running. After a knee injury put an end to running, Anna turned to the practice of Yoga to help with better flexibility and strength. This weekly ritual turned into a bit of an obsession and coping mechanism for the anxieties and stresses from a hectic marketing job in London. 

Looking for a break and seeking a new adventure, Anna completed her Vinyasa Yoga Teacher training in Goa, India in 2018 and a month later moved to Sydney in Australia. Anna continued to build on her movement training, qualifying as a prenatal Yoga teacher as well as becoming a Personal Trainer (through Personal Training Academy in Sydney.)

Reformer Pilates was the perfect supplement to strength training and Anna completed her Reformer Pilates teacher training with Body Mind Life in 2020, followed by the comprehensive clinical Pilates training with Polestar Pilates back in London. Anna specialises in Pilates for rehabilitation and now teaches at home and across multiple studios and Physio clinics in London. Anna works with a range of clients, helping people with lower back pain, postpartum, muscle imbalances, strength, stronger core, better posture etc. 

Movement really is medicine. Whether it be energising you for the working day ahead or grounding you down, it always helps. Anna is based in Brixton in South London, but is available for online tuition too so get in touch today!
