Personal Training
Anna offers 1 on 1 fitness coaching (in-person or online) as well as bespoke workout & nutrition plans that will enable you to build a health and fitness regime that fits perfectly with your lifestyle. We can work on aspects such as weight loss, mobility, strength and cardiovascular training and macro-tracking/meal prep so you can feel more confident and happy in your skin. I have worked with clients in both Australia and the UK all with different goals and have seen some great results! Anna can come to your house or you can visit Anna’s home studio in Brixton.
Reformer Pilates
Whether you’re dealing with an injury or your physio says you need stronger glues or core – Pilates is the one for you. Reformer Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, improves coordination and balance to build the body back to it’s peak performance. Following an assessment and goal setting session, we’ll be able to work on a Pilates program to get your body back to it’s peak form. Anna has a Reformer Pilates machine in her home studio in Brixton add so the 1-1 sessions are held there in a private room.
